Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges, available delivery methods, and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout.

Returns

We accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. To request a return, email hello@getsleepstick.com with your order number.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, original shipping charges are not refundable and return-shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@getsleepstick.com. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
